Terms of Use

The Site describes who we are and what we do: 5PL logistics, warehousing and fulfillment between the United States and China. It lets you read about our services, submit an inquiry or quote request, and apply for a job.

The Site is informational. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a commitment to carry, store or handle any goods.

If you become a customer, the services we provide are governed by the quotation, service agreement, rate card, tariff and other written terms agreed between your business and ours. Those documents — not these terms — govern the service, including price, liability, claims and insurance.

Where these terms and a signed customer agreement conflict, the signed agreement governs.

You agree not to:

• ·use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• ·submit false, misleading or bad-faith inquiries or job applications;
• ·scrape, harvest or bulk-download the Site, or access it by automated means other than standard search-engine indexing;
• ·probe, disrupt or interfere with the Site, its security features or its infrastructure, or try to reach systems or data that are not yours;
• ·copy, frame or mirror the Site, or use our name, logo or brand without our written permission.

Submitting a contact or quote form is an inquiry, not an order. It does not create a contract and does not oblige us to quote or to accept your business. Submitting a job application does not create an employment relationship or an offer.

Please give accurate information, and do not send us confidential material through these forms.

Our shipment-notification text messages are governed by our SMS Terms, which form part of these terms for anyone enrolled in that program. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can stop at any time by replying STOP.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect through the Site and in providing our services, and how we handle it.

The Site and its content — text, images, layout, logos and the ThunderEx and 风雷集团 marks — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use needs our written permission.

The Site may link to websites we do not control. We provide those links for convenience; we do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete or current. Service descriptions, transit times, capabilities and figures shown on the Site are general information, not guarantees, and can change without notice. Confirm anything that matters to your decision with our team in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

This section is about the Site. Our liability for the logistics services themselves is governed by the applicable customer agreement, tariff and transport law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in California have jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed; continuing to use the Site means you accept the change.
